A technique in which Ryun supplies senjutsu chakra while Isobu supplies water chakra. The users knead and combine their chakra, generating a tremendous volume of water which is enough to form a small bay. The water created by this technique can seemingly extinguish even the hottest flames. The initial wave dwarfs the size of Ryun's perfect Susanoo.[1]
